District golf was today on a windy, rainy day at Indianhead Golf Course in Grand Island. Chase Owens just missed qualifying for state by a couple of shots. Caleb, Kyler, and Jacob had good rounds for the Storm today in the rough conditions. Congrats on a good season guys!
Our afternoon talent show was full of fun, laughter, and amazing performances! Thank you to all of our brave and talented students for helping make today so special!

Our kindergarten and first grade went to the Lincoln Zoo on Friday. It was a warm day, thankfully our "HPC Zookeepers" Megan B., Megan S., Mrs. Rieken, & Mrs Shenk led us through a fun safari trip at zoo!!
Our 2nd and 3rd graders took a field trip to Memorial Stadium! ❤️🏈

At this evening’s HPC Board of Education meeting, the school calendar was amended after confirming that the district has met the total number of required instructional hours for the school year. As a result, Monday, May 18, 2026, will be the last day of school for students. This will be a regular dismissal day for all students. The elementary academic awards will be held on the 18th at 2:15 PM.
Please check Infinite Campus for any outstanding fines or fees that need to be paid. In addition, all school-owned property should be returned by Friday, May 15.
