A few weeks ago, the Nebraska Department of Education released the AQuESTT scores for the 2024-25 school year. The scores rate a variety of things about HPC: NSCAS scores (the state assessments that students take), ACT scores, attendance rates, free and reduced lunch rates in our nutrition program, English Language Learners, Gifted Learners, and other variables that factor into the education of HPC students.
Our students and staff did a wonderful job last school year! The ratings consist of the following:
1 = Needs Support To Improve
2 = Good
3 = Great
4 = Excellent
The NDE rates the elementary school, junior high, high school, and the district overall. The ratings are as follows: the Elementary School received a 3/Great, the Junior High School received a 3/Great, the High School received a 4/Excellent, and the district received a 3/Great. We are all so proud of our students, staff, and all of our support staff for their hard work and dedication over the past year. This is an awesome accomplishment by everyone involved. Way to go, HPC students and staff!
