Asbestos Hazard Emergency Act

The Asbestos Hazard Emergency Act (AHERA) regulations require all public and private schools to inventory and develop a management plan for all asbestos containing materials in the school buildings. The management plans for the District #75 buildings are available for public inspection. Copies of the plans can be provided for the cost of reproduction or may be viewed in the office of the Superintendent of Schools in Polk.
