Power Drive October 2011

This year the students in the trades and industry class have been building a power drive car.

Since the beginning of the year the students have been hard at work. It began with drawing out what their car was going to look like. After that they welded together the frame for the car. Making it strong enough to carry a person. Then they put the seat into the car. Recently they have put the steering together and wired the break light.

The car is ran solely on electricity from two car batteries. The students will be racing it next spring.
